2025 Charlie Murphy Tournament

We are very excited to present the 17th annual Charlie Murphy Tournament. We want to thank everyone in advance for being part of an event that honors legendary Yorktown lacrosse founder Charlie Murphy and has raised more than $100,000 for the Matt Kull Foundation. Charlie Murphy was a lacrosse pioneer who helped found the Yorktown lacrosse program. His love of the sport and generosity helped lacrosse blossom in Yorktown and ultimately the entire region. Mr. Murphy was a positive force in the life of many young men who went on to establish and coach programs throughout Westchester and across the country. Matt Kull was an inspiring Yorktown lacrosse player who tragically passed away after battling Lymphoma while at UNC.

Thank you to everyone who has participated over the years; we all look forward to a fun and exciting few days of lacrosse. 

When: Saturday May 31st Boys, Sunday, June 1st Girls
Where: Yorktown High School campus.
Time: Boys games start at 8:00, Girls start at 8:00
Divisions: 2nd grade (boys only), 3/4th, 5/6th, 7/8th All teams will play four games.
Cost to Register: $650  ($300 boys 2nd grade)

*Girls 3/4 division to play small sided games- 8 v 8*

Our lacrosse village will include food vendors along with gear vendors and fun skill
challenges and games: Captain Lawrence, Iguana Tacos, Stonefire Pizza, Homemade Italian Ices..booths/tables: House of Sports, True Ballers Lacrosse, Predators Lacrosse, Primetime Lacrosse, GOAT Lacrosse, Level UP, Sports Barn.....
