Girls Lacrosse IN-HOUSE

2024 Fall Season

Grades K-2 - clinic style format with an introduction to the game of lacrosse with work on the basic fundamental skills needed to play the game. We will incorporate learning with fun activities and games to get your player ready for the next level.

Day: Sundays

Time: 9-10:15am

Location: Admin Field (on 202-enter the YHS driveway)

Dates: September 8, 15, 22, 29

Oct 6, 20 and 27

Equipment Needed: Stick, mouth guard, goggles, cleats or sneakers recommended

3-8th Grades will come one day a week to learn a "skill of the day" then play small-sided games against the other YAC fall participants. ONLY ONE DAY A WEEK FOR FALL-THEY LEARN A SKILL THEN GO STRAIGHT INTO THE SCRIMMAGES

3rd-5th Grades

Day: Tuesdays
Time: 5-6:30pm
Location: Granite Knolls (2975 Stoney Street, Mohegan Lake, NY) Field 1
Dates: September 10, 17 , 24 Oct 1, 8 , 15, 22 and 29
Equipment Needed: Stick, mouthguard, goggles, cleats sneakers or turfs

6th-8th Grades

Day: Thursdays
Time: 5-6:30pm
Location: Granite Knolls (2975 Stoney Street, Mohegan Lake, NY) Field 1
Dates: September 12, 19 , 26 Oct 3, 10, 17, and 24

Equipment Needed: Stick, mouthguard, goggles, cleats sneakers or turfs
