Minors Baseball Players Evaluations 

NEW DATE IS NOW Tuesday 3/10

Evaluations will be held for all in-house MINORS players, including travel players. Every player will be assigned to a team, and this process enables coaches to make informed placement decisions.

Please observe the staggered start times according to LAST NAME:

• 5:15 pm - 5:45 pm A - D
• 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm E - H
• 6:15 pm - 6:45 pm I - O
• 6:45 pm - 7:15 pm P - Z

Players should enter through the door beneath the Top-Level Sports sign. Parents are requested to park in the building’s lot and remain outside until their child has completed the evaluation.  Each parent is required to fill out a waiver and release form.  This form can be brought and submitted to the front desk on the day of the evaluation or it can be emailed to admin@traintoplevelsports.com  some copies will be available the day of. Some children who currently participate in any activity at Top level, will already have the waiver & release form on file at the facility, so they are not required to fill it out again. Participants must bring a bat, glove, and batting helmet. Please ensure your child wears sneakers or turf shoes, as well as comfortable clothing, since they will be fielding ground balls, hitting, and pitching from a mound.
